The campus is:

• Intimate and spacious – rooms for 2 to 200.
• Affordable – We offer a 50% discount to all tenants, and 30% to off campus nonprofits. And there’s no additional cost for customized room set-up, or the use of tables and chairs. Plus we have free on-site parking.
• Easy – We handle all on-site logistics so you can focus on plan a successful event.
• Flexible – Rooms can be rented individually or together, and are available on an hourly basis.
• Convenient – In addition to free onsite parking, Fairhill centrally located; 10-15 minutes to downtown Cleveland and Interstate 271, multiple bus lines and in close proximity to Shaker Square, University Circle, and Cleveland and Shaker Heights.
